Emdeon Prescription Benefit Solutions fully supports client-negotiated retail pharmacy network contracts, but also maintains our own nationwide network of participating NCPDP licensed pharmacies. Clients may choose to implement one or more networks with which they have contracted, Emdeon ’s network, or any combination of the two.
Emdeon Prescription Benefit Solutions offers complete payer administration services for any pharmacy network it maintains. Payers that maintain their own pharmacy networks simply supply check stock and Emdeon handles the rest.
